Folding stability of protein is an important feature that defines the fraction of functional molecules. However, we still do not fully understand how amino acid sequences define its folding stability because its quantification is laborious and expensive. Here, we introduce a new method to quantify the folding stability of up to 900,000 proteins in a single experiment. The large-scale data obtained by this method will accelerate understanding and predicting folding stability.
