Trouble analysis of petroleum products

Abstract

Most troubles of petroleum products can be investigated through scientific analysis. Since many troubles are caused during the transportation on the ship, effective measures are achieved through understanding the ship characteristics and the flow of cargo transfer, as well as discussing the analysis results. In this session, the background, analysis techniques, causes, and effective measures of troubles will be discussed based on the actual cases, including discoloration of import kerosene and sludge generation of blended fuel oils.
