Abstract
The influence of the protein addition to the paper sludge saccharification reactions were examined. Increase to 2.2 times (saccharification rate 56.8%) in the whey addition and 3.6 times (saccharification rate 62.3%) in the PFJ addition was observed compared with the protein free cases.
