Abstract
Supported Ionic Liquid Phase (SILP) catalyst is a heterogenized form of a homogeneous catalyst, which is immobilized in ionic liquid dispersed on a porous material. In the present study, we focused on the hydroformylation of ethene using SILP catalysts composed of Ru complex and imidazolium-based ionic liquids. We will share some results on the effect of carrier gas (He or CO2) and ionic liquids.
