Abstract
This work targets at future society where renewable powers are disseminated in large scale. We will report research and development status of high temperature electrolysis of steam and carbon dioxide to produce synthetic gas using excess electric power and solid oxide cells, which is followed by methane production with a methanation reactor. R&D status and performance of tubular cells and calculation result of system efficiency high than 90%-HHV, and others will be reported.
