Abstract
Fractal dimension (FD) shows the complexity of the pore structure of catalyst support.   While the adsorption / desorption behavior of  inert gas is often used as a determining method of FD, FD was determined using SEM image of the alumina support in this study. The CoMo / alumina catalyst was prepared,  and  relationships between the FD and the hydrocracking activity was investigated.
