Abstract
As the result of the experimental sampling by several samplers, we find that errors of measurement are almost due to the revolution of the cutter of the snow sampler. Chips of snow ice are produced by the revolution of the cutting edge and some of them enter into the pipe of the sampler and they cause errors.
We designed and trially manufactured a new type of the cutter which would not permit the entrance of chips of snow into the pipe of the sampler.
