Abstract
In this study, a model of the grease interceptors was developed. How to flow of water by the conditions of the partition of the model tank, was to clarify the relationship of the grease interceptor. To evaluate the water flow conditions, the number of partitions that affect the handling of the interceptor device, the height of the startup partition, the opening width of the fall of the partition, and the installation position of the partition were considered. As a result, the difference in the partition conditions was associated with efficiency tanks each number. It was found that there is a possibility that the factors affecting the processing of the interceptor device can be evaluated from the water flow side.
