Abstract
Measurements of ventilation rate and ventilation performance were conducted on a two-storey test house employing a stack effect ventilation system in winter. The ventilation performance index OSRF indicates relatively 1.0 when the temperature differences between inside and outside is larger than 10 deg in K, by the results of measurements and theoretical calculations. It is able to operate hybrid controlling by use of a fan and stack effect by detecting the temperature difference of 10 degree.
