Abstract
The VAV systems have the problem of the maldistrbuting of the out door air volume, the restriction of the control range and the increase the air volume to maintain the out door air volume of the minimum volume zone. We developed the VAV system to guarantee the out door air volume of the zones to solve those problems. We measured the energy consumption of the air-conditioning unit and the control performance in the building through the year of the system. As a result,we found the effect of the system to reduce the fan power over 20% through year and the high control performance.
