Abstract
Platform of a subway station has a severe fluctuation of an air current and temperature. Moreover, cooling period is long and the exhaust temperature is comparatively high. Therefore, the quality of return/exhaust air handling method becomes important from a viewpoint of reducing energy consumption. In this paper, for each different HAVC method and return/exhaust air handling method, the cooling loads of air conditioning equipment and the thermal environment in platform were evaluated.
