Abstract
This paper reports on the comparative evaluation of thermal comfort before and after the relocation. The investigation was conducted in two research laboratories to identify the effect of thermal environment on productivity. There were not differences in personal sit-down situation and activity during working hours between before and after the relocation. After the relocation, the ratio of occupants who feel comfortable for thermal environment was higher than the ratio before the relocation. In the result of winter investigation, the percentage of dissatisfied was lower after the relocation, and the improvement of workplace productivity was 0.9% compared with before the relocation.
