Abstract
Equipment models for the BEST program have been developed. The main theme of this development was the combination of maintenance performance and individual characteristics of equipments. The maintenance performance is important for adding new equipments. For this purpose, we divided the model into performance model and specification table. The performance models are described as physical model or fitting curve model, depending on complexity of the equipments. In the specification table, nominal performance and auxiliary power consumption are defined. In this papa, typical equipment models, i.e. chillers, cooling towers, boilers, fans, pumps and air conditioners, and their modeling concepts are reported.
