Abstract
Although by moving measurement method for urban thermal environment we can obtain the data of much more spatial points than fixed point measurement method, time lag of each sensor causes the measurement error in the space distribution. In order to decrease the measurement error, we formulate a moving measurement model with two parameters which are the time constant of each sensor and the speed of the vehicle and introduce the error compensation system from the model.
