Abstract
The investigation into the actual conditions of the low type grease-interceptor was carried out. As the result, Because actual capacity is small, low type grease-interceptor can't secure proper capacity, and It became clear that the countercurrent of inflow water was caused because a difference in height with the standard water level side and the grease-interceptor inflow mouth was small.
