Abstract
Tokyo Gas has commercialized 1kW-class PEFC residential Co-generation systems. Through many opportunities, high performances of PEFC residential Co-generation systems were reported. In this paper, simple way which is based on available efficiency is presented to verify primary energy saving. Then, the available efficiency and primary energy saving are verified by using 141 systems data which have been operated for more than a year in Tokyo area. It is found that PEFC Co-generation system can reduce primary energy consumption of households even if supposed efficiency of water heating appliances is changed.
