A-2 Evaluation of Work Place Environment in Office for Intellectual Creative Work. : (Part4) Improvement of Work Place Environment and Analysis of Energy Consumption

Abstract

The surveyed office has various spaces of "Green-Cube" and "Step-Workplace" that aimed improvement of the workplace productivity. The best workplace environment on various spaces is different for each. We analyzed the workplace environment, the HVAC system performance, the assessment of occupant's comfort, and the energy consumption in this office for two years. In this report, we report on the performance of the energy consumption, and the result of the verification of workplace environment.
