Abstract
This paper reports on workers1 communication in workplaces and workers1 productivity, especially knowledge-creativity. The investigation was conducted by measurements and questionnaire in the office of N company to search for environment which promotes workers1 communication and to identify effects of workers1 behavior on productivity. As a result, it showed workers preferred the places which were close to their seats or which had suitable furniture or which had good outlook, in communication. In the survey on workers' knowledge-creativity, 68% of workers who answered that their activity of the day had major effect on their creativity, answered that communication had the most effect on their creativity
