Abstract
We researched the design process of building. Firstly, we investigated a general building design process of 7 general contractors and an architect office. We categorized 8 general building design processes by the number of design process separators and essential stylized checking, we put them into 6 types and showed their characteristics. In addition, we focused the environmental friendly matters in the design process, compared the general design process with an actual design case. To facilitate design process; cooperation and consensus-building, we obtained the suggestion that we have the necessity to research on what terms the environmental consideration matters are adopted.
