Abstract
Building owners have to present consumption of air conditioning energy to tenants by Law Regarding the Rationalization of Energy Use. So it is necessary to estimate air conditioning energy. The purpose of this study is demonstrating the accuracy of estimating methods. In this report, we describe the accurate estimating methods, which supports building owners and tenants to make long-term energy saving plans.
