H-53 Developmet of HVAC System Simulation for Life Cycle Energy Management : Part 25:Case Study of Life Cycle Energy Management in Phase of Construction

Abstract

We applied LCEM for equipment approval and TAB of the real facility at the construction phase. The air conditioning load used for the periodical accounting at equipment approval, was assumed based on the automatic control logic and the actual measurement value of a similar building. In the application result at equipment approval, it was confirmed that the comparison of the calculation value of LCEM with the factory test data was a practical evaluating. And at TAB, it was confirmed the performance in the partial load driving of equipment was appreciable from the short-time measurement data.
