Abstract
In recent years, the ministries and local governments have been regulating CO2 emission for targeted companies tightly. On the other hand, the companies have the basic needs for reducing cost. Therefore, the optimizing model has been developed to minimize both the cost for energy facilities and its operation schedule with achieving the amount of their CO2 reduction target. This model can calculate the practical cost by referencing real electricity and gas rate table. This paper reports the results of case study on both the cost and CO2 reduction effects in the hospital.
