Abstract
The ultraviolet ray's strength distribution by ID-UVGI system in air handling unit was examined by the Ray tracing technique in research 1 in the past, and the bactericidal effect of the UVGI system for the air handling unit was confirmed by forecast ultraviolet ray's strength. The UVGI system was set up on the windward and leeward both sides of the evaporative humidifier that adhered the microorganism in the air handling unit that had been continuously driven for 24 hours in this report, and the UVGI bactericidal effect to the evaporative humidifier was confirmed for about two months.
