Abstract
In order to implement in-school training, it is appropriate to meet the three criteria set
forth by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.( 1) It should be daily and continuous,( 2) It
should emphasize learning through dialogue, and( 3) It should be based on the children present
with them. To conduct in-school training that satisfies the above three requirements, we devised
a training method using wearable cameras. A total of four training sessions were held where
childcare workers in each grade wore cameras and filmed. As a result, we were able to share
childcare practices and children's images from the other grades. The childcare workers were
also able to use the knowledge gained through mutual understanding to improve their childcare
practices.
