Abstract

A new method to improve the accuracy of measured axle weight of an in-motion vehicle is proposed and the method is evaluated by applying it to the simulated data composed of a known axle weigh and, as dynamic components, measured accelerations of an actual vehicle body. As the result, the efficiency of the method is confirmed.
