Abstract

For creating safe, secure and reliable (SSR) society, a concept of human support system using humanoid robots is proposed; humanoid robots exist in our environment and protect us from dangers. A basic control method for humanoid robots of generating human support motion is developed. An evaluation system of human sense of security for coexisting robots is discussed.
