Abstract
This paper developed a nonlinear stabilizing method for Power System. As one of these methods, we consider neuro stabilizing control based on Lyapunov method. In this method, we improve Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) to reduce the probability the population of solutions entrapped into local optima. And we also remake the Lyapunov function to satisfy the Lyapunov’s stability conditions easily.
