Abstract

The shape and position of the eyebrows play an important role in the overall appearance of the face. To perform a cosmetically satisfactory repair in two cases of partial eyebrow defect due to surgical removal of squamous cell carcinoma, successful reconstruction of the eyebrows has been performed using free grafts harvested from the postauricular temporoparietal region. The reconstructed eyebrows had an almost natural appearance in terms of the flow and thickness of the hair, which resulted in great satisfaction for the patients.[Skin Cancer (Japan) 2016 ; 31 : 290-293]
