Abstract
A case of acral lentiginous melanoma in situ. A 79-year-old woman had 20mm × 40mm pigmented plaque with color variegation from brown, black to amelanotic area. Histopathologically, this color variegation corresponds to the amount of atypical melanocytes in the skin.
