Abstract
We described a case of Werner's syndrome associated with Bowen disease on the back of the right thigh. A 54-year-old Japanese woman was diagnosed as having Werner's syndrome at 44 years old by the presence of juvenile cataracts, elevation of urophanic hyaluronic acid and glucose tolerance disorder. We considered that prematuer aging characteristic of Werner's syndrome contributed to the development of Bowen disease. [Skin Cancer (Japan) 2000; 15: 258-261]
