Abstract
A 59-year-old male noticed an eczematous lesion on his genital region in January, 2000. Skin biopsy revealed genital Paget's disease. Computed tomography showed inguinal and paraaortic lymphnodes swelling. CEA level in the serum was 827ng/ml. Histopathologically, the inguinal lymphnodes were replaced with the tumor cells. The patient received combination therapies including an operation, radiation, chemotherapy, immunotherapy and hyper thermia therapy. After these therapies the size of the swelled lymphnodes decreased, but serum CEA continued increasing. He died from lymphangitis of the lung metastasis in November, 2000.
