Abstract
A 64-year-old male was referred to our hospital for evaluation of a large tumor extending from his left inguinal area to the scrotum. The removed tumor specimen showed that the epidermis was permeated with numerous Paget cells lying singly and in groups, and the dermis was infiltrated with tumor masses of relatively small Paget cells. These tumor cells showed a different immunostaining for CEA: the epidermal cells positive, but the dermal cells negative. He was diagnosed with Paget's carcinoma, suggestive of lung and adrenal metastases. The patient received four courses of combined chemotherapy with low dose FP with effect initially after operation, but he died of multiple metastases of Paget cells one year later. [Skin
