Abstract
We reported a case of partial spontaneous regression of large Bowen's disease rising in a 74-year-old Japanese male. He had Bowen's disease on the left lower leg measuring 10×12cm, whose paracentral lesion showed spontaneous regression, which was considered to be associated with CD8+ T lymphocytes without amyloid deposition histopathologically.
