Abstract
Extramammary Paget s disease is considered to be a malignant tumor originating from the sweat glands. It is fatal once the tumor invades the dermis and metastasizes to the visceral organs. As no standard treatment has been established, it is still extremely difficult to treat patients in the advanced stages of this disease. Very few studies of systemic chemotherapy have been reported; based on them, combination chemotherapies were conducted that consisted of 5-fluorouracil and cisplatin. Recently some cases of extramammary Paget's disease were also treated with docetaxel. These therapeutic regimens should be considered as options in managing advanced extramammary Paget's disease.
