Abstract

We reported a case of malignant trichilemmoma occurred on the left cheek of 87 years old female. Histology of biopsied and simply resected specimens showed several lobules consisting of clear cells and basaloid cells. No horn pearls were seen. During 9 months after the operation, no local recurrence or distant metasasis has not been seen.
