Abstract

Biopsy examination of a 61-year-old male with digitate dermatosis demonstrated small-scale Pautrier’s microabscesses just above papillary dermis, atypical nuclei of infiltrating mononuclear cells, and aberrant loss of CD7 antigen of infiltrating T cells. Narrow band UVB irradiation therapy was successful, but this case may possess the capacity to progress to mycosis fungoides and requires further careful follow-up. Skin Research, 20: 141-144, 2021
