Abstract
Most Atopic dermatitis (AD) patients show positive skin prick test and pach test results with house-dust mites (HDM) and increased serum levels of HDM-specific IgE. In both atopy pach test and normal AD sites, acanthosis and spongiosis have been demonstrated. The pathogenetic role of HDM in AD remains still controversial. Control of HDM using several method is the effects of treatments in adults and children with atopic eczema.
