Abstract
A 68-year-old man with metastatic extramammmary Paget carcinoma was treated with intravenous drip infusion of docetaxel. One month after completion of the first course of docetaxel, coarse brown network along the superficial veins of the anterior forearm developed at docetaxel injection site. The pigmentation spread proximally after each course of treatment.
