Abstract
A 54-year-old female developed multiple papules with brown scale at the age of sixteen. The papules were increased in number especially after she had tubal ligature and uterectomy due to myoma uteri. She was treated with retinoid (Ro 10-9359) 50 mg per day orally. The amount of scale began to decrease after 10 days, and the papules became flat after 42 days. The effect of Ro 10-9359 was remarkable although some adverse reactions such as chilitis and pruritus were noted.
