Abstract
A case of keratotic basal cell carcinoma on the jaw is reported. The patient was a 72-year-old man who had been complaining of a black nodule on his jaw for about 5 years. Histological examination showed the appearance both of basal cell carcinoma and of squamous cell carcinoma like findings with squamous eddies and horn pearls. We diagnosed this case keratotic basal cell carcinoma rather than basosquamous cell carcinoma.
