Abstract
Japan made the number of the dead of the road accident the half in 2002 as compared with the peak. However, there are still many victims. Prejudgment will not be allowed if the social situation of future aging is considered. However, in Britain, it succeeded in reduction of a large road traffic accident in recent years. According to investigation, it turns out that the time at which administrative reform and the accident decreased is a simultaneous time. In this paper, a reduction factor is clarified further. And Britain is made into an example and examined about the direction of the road safety policy of future Japan.
