Abstract
Reporting systems of medical accidents are attempted by some medical parties in order to prevent accidents. By gathering accidental information, the development of factual cause could be expected, yet on the other hand, we hold troubles how we should deal with information for investigations for legal liability. The functions of reporting system should be clarified. Firstly, the function of the reporting system is to find the cause, but in definitive cases, some information analyzed in that organization could be used for civil procedure. That system will shorten the gap between the information level difference of doctors and patients, and make nations concern with improvement of medical quality.
