The Advanced Cruse-Assist Highway Systems(AHS) are much expected to solve problems on traffic accidents. The AHS is expected not only the reducing effects of damage cost on traffic accidents but also the psychological effects like to improve comfortableness and reduce dangerous or anxious feeling. In this paper, we propose the method based on fuzzy integral to evaluate the psychological effects by introducing AHS. And we tried to construct the evaluation method by integrating fuzzy integral and conjoint analysis to execute the benefit evaluation of introducing AHS.
