Abstract
The pivotal theory in this paper focused on Kelly's followership concepts (1993). Therefore, this paper is based on his followership conceptions that can discover the availability of organization by the classification of followers with its individual characteristics in the conceptional category of followership. As a result, in the case of the Ryokan, Job satisfaction showed high correlativity in the relations with office achievements (the endeavor-typed, the advance-typed), authorization. As well, the exemplary followership showed high correlativity in the relations with Job achievement factors, and stand-alone followership showed relatively high correlativity in the relations with the advance-typed office achievement factors. In case of hotels, their authorization showed high correlativity in the relations with Job- satisfaction, and the endeavor-typed achievement showed relatively high correlativity in the relations with their Job satisfaction.
