Abstract
We discuss chiral symmetry breaking and stability of strangelets. In order to consider the dynamical chiral symmetry breaking, we use the Nambu-Jona-Lasinio interaction for quarks confined in a chiral bag. As a vacuum polarization for massive quarks in the chiral bag, we discuss the baryon number conservation and chiral Casimir energy. We investigate the energy of the quark droplets with baryon numbers A≤5.
