Abstract
The 21st meeting of Hokkaido Theoretical Nuclear Physics Group was held on Feb. 7, 2009 to Feb. 10, 2009 at Enyu-Gakusha and ENREISOU in Hokkaido University with 23 participants, who, mainly belong to Hokkaido theoretical nuclear physics group. The aim of this meeting was to have lecture courses and discuss related topics through the presentation talks. In this meeting two lecture courses were given. One was devoted for study of reaction mechanisms for nuclear systems and other one was for hadron properties in the medium. The meeting involved 8 talks. The topics of the talks were as follows: 1. Three-body break-up reactions for weakly bound systems 2. Neutron and proton capture reaction in the astrophysical energy region 3. Exotic structures studied by using AMD 4. Structure changes; cluster-like and mean-field-like induced by valence neutrons 5. Chiral potential using the lattice QCD with a strong coupling approximation 6. Short-range correlation in the nucleus Throughout the meeting, important lectures and talks have been presented with fruitful discussions. This meeting was supported by Yukawa Institute of Theoretical Physics, and we would like to thank all participants for success of the meeting.
