Abstract
A new instrument "silicon box" has been developed which works as a charged-particle multiplicity filter. It permits us to sort out in-beam gamma-rays by the proton number of the fusion residues. It has been applied to studies on Sm-138, Sm-136 and Nd-132. Early results of Sm-134, Ce-126 and Ce-124 are briefly reported.
