Abstract
The high energy gamma ray production in the heavy ion collision is studied within the framework of VUU and n-p bremsstrahlung model. The initial conditions are constructed as to reproduce the root mean square momentum of the static nuclei. In our calculation, the enhancement compared to the previous work is observed and the experimental data (^<12>C+^<12>C, 84MeV/u) is well reproduced within a factor of 1.5 in the gamma ray energy range from 40 MeV to 80 MeV. The acceleration effect between the excited nuclei is discussed by the use of two different effective nuclear force.
