Vortices are fundamental objects in dual description of the superfluid. I reexamine phase transitions of general superfluids from the vortex point of view. In this talk a relation between the Landau-Ginzburg picture and the Kosterlitz-Thouless picture is discussed and breaking of the vorticity symmetry is derived by using the BF theory.
