The carapace length, disc diameter of the attachment organ, and length of the longest terminal setae on antennular segment IV of Amphibalanus amphitrite cyprid larvae reared at 25\deg;C were measured using an ocular micrometer and image analysis software. Comparison of the measurements showed that the image analysis software was both accurate and more convenient.
